The following is a sample of research and advisory projects undertaken on various aspects of gender and race discrimination.

The preparation of a report for the Conciliation Board on the application of the job evaluation scheme at Rössing Uranium; an analysis of whether the salary structure was based on non-discriminatory grade differentials; and, an investigation of whether there was evidence of systematic discrimination in the distribution of pay.
Equal Opportunities Commissions for Great Britain and for Northern Ireland, trade unions and employers. Providing expert advice on various equal value cases. Assessing whether there is a reasonable case, preparing the Applicant’s written submissions, appearing as an expert witness at the Tribunal hearing.
