Claim

You are here: Working Time Analysts > Claim

What the Claimant requires to be remedied, and notification of which grounds specified in the legislation (the Equal Pay Act) are considered relevant. Namely:

  • Like work;
  • Rated as equivalent; or
  • Equal value.

Frequently, disadvantage claimed is expressed as a pay differential, but it can include other terms and conditions of employment.
